Onsite Registration/Badge Pickup

Attendees can complete their registration at designated registration areas in McCormick Place or online at RSNA.org/Register.

Name badges can be picked up at any of the three designated registration locations or at designated hotels (see below). A valid photo ID is required.

Your badge serves as a virtual business card and is encoded with the demographic information you provided during registration. Upon request, exhibitors may scan your badge to access your contact information. Your badge contains beacon technology to verify your attendance, simplify the CME process and permit RSNA to gather data to better understand, in aggregate, the effectiveness of the meeting. Please visit any registration location if you have questions about beacon technology.
